Now in it’s tenth year, Blue Door Press is an innovative response to the unsettled state of commercial publishing. As advances to authors dwindle and publishers run to keep up with how best to deliver content, the Society of Authors advises writers to take charge of their work. This co-publishing venture is a collective of published writers working with top editors and designers to navigate new technologies and produce high-quality, thought-provoking printed books and e-books. Blue Door Press was officially launched in September 2016. We celebrated with a party at the Seven Dials Club, Covent Garden, in London.
