Blue Door Press is a new imprint for literary fiction, memoir, non-fiction and poetry: a book-loving community that we invite you to be part of.  As an alternative to mainstream publishing, we can take control of producing and marketing books we believe in. Blue Door Press was officially launched on 14 September 2016. We celebrated with a party at the Seven Dials Club, Covent Garden, in London. You can read about that celebration and meet the founding authors  in our News section, here.  You can read articles and reviews, here.

One year on from our launch, we are pleased to announce that we’re working towards publishing our first memoir, Hidden by Annabel Chown. You can read more on that in News, here. And don’t forget, our first poetry book, the anthology, Herrings, is to be launched in November at Poetry In Aldeburgh, 2017 also that our current authors are happy to be a guest at your book group, either in person or via skype.  If you’re interested send us a message via the contacts page.

Our first three titles are available both as paperback and on Kindle:

Taking In Water by Pamela Johnson Taking_In_Water_Cover_for_Kindleythumbnail

Don’t Mention Her by Jane Kirwan
